Star Trek is setting sail on bold new journeys soon. Paramount+ has announced when Star Trek: Picard will return for the second season, when Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will kickoff its first season, and scheduling updates on their other shows.

The second season of Picard will premiere on Paramount+ on Thursday, March 3, 2022, followed by new episodes dropping each week.

Strange New Worlds will debut on Thursday, May 5, followed by new episodes every Thursday. A spinoff of Discovery and prequel to the original Star Trek series, this show will focus on Christopher Pike (Anson Mount) when he was the Enterprise’s captain. He’s joined by first officer Una Chin-Riley/Number One (Rebecca Romijn) and science officer Mr. Spock (Ethan Peck). Paramount+ also announced that Strange New Worlds has been confirmed for a second season.

Lower Decks season three does not have a specific return date, however, Paramount+ stated that it’ll be in the summer of 2022. A fourth season has also been greenlit.

Prodigy, the children’s animated series, returned on January 6. The next four episodes of the first half of the first season will hit the streamer each Thursday through February 3. The ten episodes for the second half of the first season will drop later in 2022.

Discovery season four went on break on December 30, 2021, and will return on Thursday, February 10. It has been renewed for a fifth season.
