BOOM! Studios has hired Rosalind Morehead to be their new Retail Sales Manager. Morehead has over 18 years of sales and marketing experience that was mostly in the entertainment industry. She worked as Marketing & PR Manager at IDW, then moved into the role of Book Market Director of Sales. She joined DC Entertainment as Consumer Marketing Manager, then returned to IDW for a brief period as Direct Market Sales Manager.

“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Rosalind for a number of years and have been looking for an opportunity to add her truly energetic and knowledgeable presence to the team,” BOOM! Studios President of Publishing & Marketing Filip Sablik said. “I’m thrilled to have such an experienced manager join our expanding sales team during this exceptional period of BOOM! Studios’ growth.”

Morehead’s hiring comes after the record-breaking BRZRKR series by Keanu Reeves, House of Slaughter earned nine Eisner nominations, R.L. Stine’s Just Beyond was adapted as a TV series at Disney+, and an animated Mech Cadets adaptation is heading to Netflix.
