Celebrate Free Comic Book Day 2023 with the team behind The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide, pick up a few collecting insights, and have fun doing it.

“The Overstreet Guide To Collecting Comics FCBD 2023 is a 48-page, standard size comic book about the world of comic books, with stories ranging from how to collect to the impact of legendary creators on today’s great writers and artists,” said J.C. Vaughn, Vice-President of Publishing for Gemstone Publishing, who serves as the issue’s main writer.

For the issue Vaughn once again teamed with frequent collaborators Brendon and Brian Fraim (Vampire, PA), but he also recruited other contributors as well, including Mark Wheatley (Breathtaker), Joe James (Dark Dominion), and Daniel Krall.

“We took last year’s issue, which was very well received, updated, revised, and expanded upon the ideas, got some fantastic new contributions, and in the end, we have an issue which we’re very excited for new collectors and seasoned readers to enjoy,” he said.

Free Comic Book Day will be Saturday, May 6, 2023.
