The MoCCA Arts Festival, hosted by the Society of Illustrators, celebrates comic, cartoon, illustration, and animation artists. The event will feature over 500 creators, as well as lectures, panels, and artist signings.

The festival will be held on Saturday and Sunday, April 1-2, 2023, at the Metropolitan Pavilion, located at 125 West 18th Street in New York City. The programming will be held at the SVA Flatiron Gallery, located at 133 West 21st Street.

To announce this year’s festival, the Society sought artist Toma Vagner to create the main visual. The art will appear on the cover of the Souvenir Journal and on advertising and promotional materials, as well as on merchandise at the Society’s booth.

Several notable artists also created art for the show, including Flora Bai’s art on badges and promotional items, and Kruttika Susarla’s art on spot illustrations. Both artists will be in attendance at the event.

Tickets can be purchased online and at the door. The show will be open on Saturday, April 1 from 11 AM to 7 PM and Sunday, April 2 from 11 AM to 6 PM.
