Baltimore Comic-Con has announced the next wave of guests for their 25th anniversary convention on September 20-22, 2024. The latest additions are Rose Besch, Michael Cho, Mike McKone, Jerome Opena, Matt Slay, and David Yardin.

Besch’s art has been featured on covers for DC, Marvel, Image, and Dynamite, along with companies like American Greetings, Loot Crate, and Mattel. Her anime-style art has appeared on books, games, toys, and even hot sauce in the US and Japan. For comic covers, she has drawn the likes of Spider-Man, Batman, Catwoman, Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn, Vampirella, and more.

Cho is a freelance cartoonist/illustrator who has drawn covers and stories for Marvel, DC, Image, BOOM! Studios, and others. He paints book covers and draws editorial illustrations for The New Yorker and other clients. He is currently working on a graphic novel for Abrams’ MarvelArts line.

McKone’s earliest published work was in Justice League of America and Punisher. Since then, his art has appeared in long runs of Teen Titans, Amazing Spider-Man, and Fantastic Four. More recently, he has worked on an Avengers graphic novel, Endless Wartime, and Justice League United. He is working on a creator-owned project and creating covers for DC, Marvel, Dynamite, Valiant, and others.

Price is a writer and illustrator who graduated from the Joe Kubert School, and has been the lead artist on the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic comic at IDW. He has worked with DC, Marvel, Image, Storm King Productions, Archie, and LEGO. He illustrated The Unofficial Horror Movie Coloring Book and the Cryptid Creatures Coloring Book for Adams media.

Slay made a name for himself painting variant covers for IDW’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He paints for the sci-fi anthology series, Time Traveled Tales, and has generated production art for Marvel Premiere and Iron Man 3. He has provided covers for Six Gun Gorilla and Equilibrium, while also writing his book and cartoon series, 3 Story Dungeon.

Yardin has been illustrating comics for around 25 years, working with Image, Marvel, DC, BOOM! Studios, and Valiant. He has worked on Storm, X-Men Origins: Gambit, and had a four-year run as the cover artist on X-Factor. At DC, his art has appeared on covers for Justice League, Suicide Squad, Wonder Woman, and The Flash. He has provided promotional art for MCU movies like The Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain America: Civil War, and Doctor Strange. Most recently, he created covers for Amazing Spider-Man, Avengers, Captain America, Fall of the House of X, and Wolverine.
