Let’s get dangerous! Dynamite Entertainment and Disney have collaborated on a Darkwing Duck comics campaign on Kickstarter. It offers three volumes of Darkwing Ducks comics from different time periods, spanning out of print classics up to the latest books at Dynamite.

One volume is Dynamite’s 10-issue flagship Darkwing Duck series by writer Amanda Deibert and artist Carlo Cid Lauro.

Another volume contains the spinoffs from Dynamite’s main series. Justice Ducks follows the team-up of Neptunia, Gizmoduck, Morgana, and Stegmutt in a five-issue series by writer Roger Langridge and artist Carlo Lauro. Negaduck stars Darkwing Duck’s archenemesis in an eight-issue series by writer Jeff Parker and artist Ciro Cangialosi.

The third volume collects earlier Darkwing Duck series, beginning with his first comic appearance, the four-issue series that Disney released in 1991. It also contains stories from the Disney Afternoon magazine originally published by Marvel.

They are available in paperback and hardcover, and offered in single volumes or as a deluxe set. There are hardcovers signed by Tad Stones and hardcovers with original remarqued sketches by artist Ken Haeser, limited to 500 copies each.

Pledge levels also include limited edition facsimiles of the first issue from ’91 with gold and purple foil, deluxe lithograph and giclée prints, and commissioned original art by Jae Lee and Haeser.
