Heroes Convention, the comic-focused con that welcomes a large guest list of comic creators and dealers, will be held on June 14-16, 2024. The con is returning to the Charlotte Convention Center located at 501 South College Street, Charlotte, North Carolina.

Gemstone Publishing and Hake’s Auctions are joining the impressive list of exhibitors that will display at Heroes Con. Gemstone’s Editor – Digital Amanda Sheriff will be at booth #1369, and Hake’s Director of Operations Kevin Poling and Comic Art Specialist Sean Rutan will be next door at booth #1367.

Hake’s will preview some of the items in their upcoming July 2024 premier auction, featuring comics, original art, baseball memorabilia, historical/Americana material, concert posters, signed items, and the recently announced Mark Warner (UK) Collection of action figures and toys. They will also discuss consigning to their premier and online-only auctions, as well as the consignment process.

Gemstone will promote The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide #54, containing the values of thousands of comic books, comic character anniversaries, new Hall of Fame entries, and more. It is set for release on July 24, 2024. Gemstone will also tell attendees about Overstreet Access, the digital version of the Guide, that recently added an image scanner and 190,000 variants.
