Congratulations to our friend Paul Tiburzi, who has been named to The Baltimore Sun’s Business & Civic Hall of Fame.

A Baltimore-based lawyer, Tiburzi practices public law, sports law, and administrative litigation, and has served as counsel to Fortune 500 companies. Geppi Family Enterprises’ Chairman and CEO Steve Geppi is among his many noted clients. He also counsels professional sports teams in the development and usage of sports venues and stadiums.

The Baltimore Sun’s Business & Civic Hall of Fame honors “the achievements of business and civic leaders who have spent their careers working to transform and improve Maryland,” per the event’s invitation.

The other 2024 honorees are James Britton, Patricia M.C. Brown, John B. Chessare, Amy Elias and Richard Pearlstone, Donald Manekin, William H. Murphy Jr., Alethia B. Starke, William J. Watters, and Arnold Williams.

Their accomplishments were honored during a reception, dinner, and awards ceremony on Thursday, June 6, 2024.
