Marvel Entertainment has released a short video package in celebration of the publisher’s 85th anniversary in comics. Timely Comics, its original incarnation, debuted Marvel Comics in August 1939, and has since grown into one of the biggest comic publishers and movie and TV studios in the world.

The video features early interview segments with Stan Lee and chronicles how it earned the moniker “House of Ideas” with the creation of characters like Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, Iron Man, and many more. It shows some of Marvel’s most iconic comic book covers and its impact on TV and film from early cartoons to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The MCU receives a significant amount of attention with clips from the movies and quotes from some of the actors who have brought the characters to life.

Viewers are also treated to their first look at some of the upcoming projects in the MCU. There’s a shot of the Thunderbolts* Red Guardian (David Harbour), Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen), Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan), Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh), and John Walker (Wyatt Russell) squeezed into an elevator. There’s a closeup of Charlie Cox’s return as Matt Murdock in Daredevil: Born Again and the first clear shot of Harrison Ford as the Red Hulk in Captain America: Brave New World.
