On March 14, 2025, we announced that Scoop would be moving to its new home on OverstreetAccess.com. Now, we can share that Scoop is officially live as the home page on OverstreetAccess.com.

Scoop will continue to provide news and insight you expect. From the comics industry and related media, upcoming auction notices, auction results, in-depth features on characters and creators, interviews, convention coverage, comic reviews, and so much more, we’ll still cover all of it.

As our loyal readers for more than two decades can attest, we’ve always been more about the content than how it looks on the page… but that doesn’t mean we can’t provide a serious upgrade. The new Scoop page – the home page of Overstreet Access – will look a lot different!

It’s gone through a major redesign with a modern look and functionality. Now, articles will be organized in a block style format that shows titles, abstracts, and key images. Popular topics and columns will be easily searchable within their category, each article will have a publishing date, and readers can share their favorite articles across social media platforms with ease.

All of the new articles and our archival content will continue to be free for subscribers to our e-newsletter and those who go directly to the website. We have also combined the Scoop and Overstreet Access subscriber lists to provide comic fans and collectors with even more entertaining and informative content.

The page will begin with a group of “Top Stories” that will hail from multiple sections, such as news, auction results, and feature content. It will be followed by the “News” and then “Auctions & Prices.”

The next section is “The Spotlight,” combining the columns and articles that you currently find in “Super Stars,” “Main Event,” “In the Limelight,” and “Did You Know” into one category. After that, “Upcoming Events” will focus on conventions and signings. “Off the Presses” continues and will periodically incorporate our “Cover Story” column as well.

Each section will also include a “View More” button where you can expand that category.

OverstreetAccess.com is the digital version of The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide. It contains more than the print guide ever could (for instance, by our most recent count, we’ve added 210,537 variants!) and it’s growing every week.

OA has a major free encyclopedia component – it’s packed with comic book history, character appearances, and creator credits—and for subscribers it also offers Overstreet values and intuitive collection management. It also includes a “How To” section with informative video tutorials.

Over the next two weeks or so, our old page and this new one will both carry all of our stories, and then we’ll make the switch to just the new page when we’re sure everything is working as planned.

To all of you who have been with us from the start, we can’t thank you enough. We’re looking forward to this next phase with you on board!
