One of the many standout items is the M’Clellan gem mint 1864 ferrotype in the rare frame; it is a mate to the Lincoln Ferrotype, also in the auction, and measures 13/16”. The sale includes a 1972 McGovern “Concert at the Forum” poster featuring Carole King, Barbara Streisand, and James Taylor. Another impressive item is the rare 3-1/2” Coolidge button, declaring “Our President / Deeds-Not Words”. With a great display, the button is one of only four known in this condition.
