The Silver Surfer is soaring in Heritage’s Sunday & Monday Comic Books Select Auction #122139 with two important early keys. Comics in this auction close on September 26, 2021, followed by everything else on September 27.

The Silver Surfer #1 CGC 9.2 not only expands upon the Silver Surfer's origin, but also includes the start of backup stories featuring The Watcher. John Buscema created the cover and teamed with Gene Colan, Joe Sinnott, and Syd Shores to provide the art for the issue.

The first appearances of Silver Surfer and Galactus can be found in Fantastic Four #48 CGC 9.0. This issue, which includes appearances by the Inhumans and the Watcher, features a cover and art by Jack Kirby and Joe Sinnott.
