A high grade copy of Wolverine’s first appearance in Incredible Hulk #181 closes for bidding next week in ComicConnect’s Mega Monthly auction. “I may have seen thousands of copies of Hulk #181s, but only a couple dozen [CGC] 9.8s have passed through my hands; it’s a tough book,” ComicConnect President Vincent Zurzolo said. “The #181 is just one of thousands of great books in the auction, but this will be a cornerstone comic for any investment collection.”

The auction end-dates are as follows:

Session 1: (toys, books, and mags, A-Team - Champions) ends January 31, 2023
Session 2: (Classic Comics - Mystery) ends February 1
Session 3: (Network of Power - X-O Manowar) ends February 2

Over 2,000 comics, including hundreds of third party certified comics and group lots are now open for bids. Other featured books include Ultimate Fallout #4 9.8, Avengers #1 and #4, Showcase #22, Green Lantern #1, Spellbound #20, Sub-Mariner #1, and Marvel Premiere #15.
