A Princess Leia dress worn by Carrie Fisher, a Steve McQueen motorcycle, and shield used by Brad Pitt are among the featured lots in Propstore’s upcoming Film & TV Memorabilia Auction. The sale contains 1,400 original costumes, props, and more, closing on June 28-30, 2023.

The ceremonial dress worn by Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia in Star Wars: A New Hope, the shield that Brad Pitt used as Achilles in Troy, and a Steve McQueen Production Company 1971 Husqvarna 400 Cross Motorcycle from Solar Productions are among the top lots in the auction.

Superhero related material in the sale includes the hero Batpod used by Batman (Christian Bale) in The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises, Peter Quill’s (Chris Pratt) light-up Star-Lord helmet from Guardians of the Galaxy, Jane Foster’s (Natalie Portman) and Thor’s (Chris Hemsworth) cracked Mjolnir hammer from Thor: Love and Thunder, and Batman’s (Michael Keaton) Batsuit costume display from Batman.

Propstore is offering items from some of the greatest dramas in recent film history like Rose DeWitt Bukater’s (Kate Winslet) sinking coat from Titanic, Andy Dufresne’s (Tim Robbins) distressed rock hammer from The Shawshank Redemption (one of only three), General Maximus’ (Russell Crowe) screen-matched dress cuirass from Gladiator, Kevin Costner signed and screen-matched Ray Kinsella baseball glove and related items from Field of Dreams, and William Wallace’s (Mel Gibson) Scottish claymore sword from Braveheart.

Horror memorabilia includes a screen-matched evil clown doll from Poltergeist, Norris’ (Charles Hallahan) spider head-thing from The Thing, and Jason Voorhees’ (Kane Hodder) screen-matched hockey mask from Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood (from the Mario Kirner collection).

Other big hits are represented by Harry Potter’s (Daniel Radcliffe) costume and glasses from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Rick Deckard’s (Harrison Ford) screen and photo matched costume from Voight Kampff and fight scenes from Blade Runner, Al Pacino’s personal hand-annotated shooting script from Scarface, Pete “Maverick” Mitchell’s (Tom Cruise) F-14A Tomcat model miniature from Top Gun, and the Dude’s (Jeff Bridges) screen-matched sunglasses from The Big Lebowski.

Some of the items that can appeal to collectors at any budget include Jacques Grande’s (Justin Timberlake) hockey jersey from The Love Guru, Pat’s (Bradley Cooper) costume from Silver Linings Playbook, and Paul Brenner’s (John Travolta) army dress uniform from The Genearl’s Daughter.

Propstore will host a preview exhibition at their office in Valencia, CA by appointment from May 29 through June 20. It will feature over 80 lots from the auction. Bidding in the three-day event can be done online, on the phone, and absentee, and can be done in-person at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles on the first day of the event.
