The Bobby Blue Collection premiered in ComicConnect’s Event Auction #55, and a bunch of books sold for record prices, according to ComicConnect President Vincent Zurzolo. “Event Auction #56 features over 400 more comics from Bobby Blue’s collection with the Sensation Comics #1 6.0 the clear standout in this batch,” Zurzolo said.

The Bobby Blue Collection is comprised of thousands of comics from nearly every publisher; ComicConnect will be offering them, exclusively, in their upcoming auctions. In Event #56, Timely issues include All Winners, Human Torch, Marvel Mystery, Sub-Mariner, and Young Allies. Fawcett highlights are Master, Spy Smasher, Whiz, and Wow. While National (DC) examples come from Action Comics, Batman, Comic Cavalcade, Flash, Green Lantern, Sensation Comics, Strange Adventures, and Superman.
The auction runs through the week of December 4-8, 2023.
