Heritage’s next round of weekly auctions offers a copy of Chamber of Chills #23, Jill Thompson’s Coraline art, and a rare copy of Bust-A-Move for SNES. The Comic Books Auction closes on Sunday through Tuesday, April 14-16, 2024, the Video Games Mini-Boss Auction concludes on Tuesday, April 16, and the Comic Art & Animation Auction ends on Wednesday, April 17.

Things are looking scary in the comics auction with Chamber of Chills #23 CGC 3.0, sporting Lee Elias’ cover of a decomposing zombie trying to force a kiss on a horrified woman. Less frightening imagery is on Fantastic Four #50 CGC 6.0 with the first cover dedicated to the Silver Surfer.

The original art auction showcases an Arthur Adams illustration of Wonder Woman that presents the Amazon with voluminous black curls, similar to how she was depicted during the 1990s. Frequent Neil Gaiman collaborator Jill Thompson presents her take on Coraline, the Other Mother, and Other Father in The Neil Gaiman Coloring Book Coraline story pages 34-35.

For the first time, Heritage is offering the puzzle game Bust-A-Move WATA 9.0 A sealed for SNES, which is the only copy listed on Wata’s March 2024 population report. Another rare puzzle game is The Brainies WATA 9.2 A+ sealed of SNES that is one of only two graded by Wata.
