The Comic Books Select Auction closes on Sunday through Tuesday, November 24-26, 2024, the Video Games Mini-Boss Auction ends on Tuesday, November 26, and the Comic Art & Animation Auction wraps up on Wednesday, November 27.

Crime SuspenStories #22 CGC 5.5 featuring Johnny Craig’s infamous decapitated head cover leads the comics auction. Tales to Astonish #13 CGC 2.5 presents the first appearance of Groot in his original form created by Jack Kirby.

The original art auction offers Scot Eaton and Mike Barreiro’s Silver Surfer #95 splash page 22 showcasing Silver Surfer, the Human Torch, Ant-Man, and the Thing. Sergio Aragonés’ Alfred E. Neuman as Silver Surfer sketch shows the MAD mascot dressed as the Marvel character with Galactus in the background.

In the video game auction, Heritage has a copy of Bazooka Blitzkrieg CGC 9.6 A+ sealed for Super Nintendo, which used the game system’s bazooka-style weapon instead of the traditional pistol-like Zapper. WarGames CGC 9.4 glue seal for the ColecoVision game system is based on the movie starring Matthew Broderick, with a cover that features him and costar Ally Sheedy.
