Overstreet Access has a multitude of helpful features to make your collection management experience easy and hassle free. This includes the ability to export or import an entire collection to and from a digital spreadsheet.

To export a collection, go to your dashboard and select the downward arrow icon underneath the collection or an individual box, then click the “Begin Export” button. After processing, your collection will be saved in an Excel readable spreadsheet ready to download. You can access your collection exports from the left side menu of your dashboard.

You can also import your collection from an Excel spreadsheet. To do so select the “Bulk Upload” option from the same menu on the dashboard. To start a new import, you must first download the CSV template file, open the file in Excel or Google Sheets and type in the comics in your collection. After editing and saving the file, return to Overstreet Access, select “Start New Import,” and upload the file. After uploading, click the “Manage” button to review issue matches with the Overstreet Access database. The box on the left will show that the issues in the file were either matched or not found. Review the matches to ensure that they are correct.

To add the issues to your collection you can choose to add all matches or add them individually. Once you add the issues, they will move from the “Matched” tab to the “Completed” tab. It is important to note that deleting the CSV file from your bulk upload section will also delete any copies, volumes, or issues that were matched using this feature. Just be sure that you want to do this before deleting the file, as this action cannot be undone.
