MyComicShop’s April Prime Auction is starting soon on April 5, 2025, and this week they are previewing some of the original art and modern era comics that will be offered. They have Modern Age keys like Invincible #1 CGC 9.8, Something is Killing the Children #1 CGC 9.8, and Mark Spears Monsters #1 CGC 9.8. Some of the hard to find variant covers in the auction are Wolverine #1 (2010) CGC 9.0 with the Deadpool variant cover by J. Scott Campbell and He-Man and the Masters of the Universe #1 CGC 9.6 with Terry Dodson’s variant cover. 

On the art side, they have a one of a kind piece of comics history in Alex Toth’s 1991 Harvey Awards ballot on which Toth scrawled a scathing message to awards organizer Paul McSpadden. The auction has original pages including an emotionally charged page from The Walking Dead #50, several pages from Elsa Bloodstone’s first appearance in Bloodstone #1, and a cover attributed to Joe Simon from Dick Tracy Monthly #44.
