A group of social media savvy ghost hunters travel to locations known for supernatural activity in the hopes of finding some ghosts in BOOM!’s new comic. The five-issue original story by Bowen McCurdy (The Long Way Home) and newcomer Kaitlyn Musto will begin in February 2021.

The group includes Noa the believer, her cynical sibling Gus, credulous cameraman Ko, and Astrid, Noa’s skeptical best friend and secret crush. They head to haunted towns around the US to find ghosts and entertain their social media fans. While on the hunt for some ghosts, they discover something sinister that reveals dark secrets in a town and it puts Noa and Astrid’s relationship to the test.

Specter Inspectors #1 has a main cover by McCurdy with variants by Erica Henderson (The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl) and Mirka Andolfo (Mercy). It will be in comic shops on February 3, 2021.
