When a powerful society uses their influence to do horrible things to a woman, she will go on a quest for revenge in The Order of the Circle. Described as “historical occult revenge horror,” the graphic novel comes from horror publisher Dead Sky. It is written by Levi Cory and illustrated by Elisabeth Mkheidze and Eva De La Cruz.

The story is set in 1950s London during the Great Smog. It introduces Dorothy Schafer, a woman whose innocent husband was convicted of a terrible crime by the mystical Order, sentenced to death and banished to Hell. Meanwhile, Dorothy gets cursed, becomes mute, and sets out on a revenge quest.

“The Order is entrenched in English high society and government, and while posing as a necessary system of law enforcement in a dangerous magical world, they’re more like a tool of oppression in service to the status quo…” per the description.

The Order of the Circle arrives in February 2025.
