Quantcast

Spring is almost here, and we’re shaking off the cold by revisiting some of the movie and TV trailers released during March 2025. A Time Lord warms things up with not one, but two trailers, there’s a Disney experiment, houses haunted by ghosts, and Rebels in a galaxy far, far away.

SurrealEstate

The third season of SurrealEstate takes place three years after season two with Luke Roman (Tim Rozon) and Susan Ireland (Sarah Levy) now partners in the Roman Ireland Agency. As they continue their work of expelling metaphysical presences from houses that need to be sold, Luke will also be stalked by a demonic nemesis from childhood. The trailer catches up with the characters and their mission with Roman explaining that they are “specialists in metaphysically engaged properties.” It shows Luke, Susan, and fellow agent Lomax (Elena Juatco) discussing haunted presences with clients, catches up with August Ripley (Maurice Dean Wint) as he does readings, shows a cowboy ghost, and a potentially sinister new player. SurrealEstate season three premieres on Syfy on April 3, 2025.

Doctor Who

The first Doctor Who trailer begins by introducing new companion Belinda Chandra (Varada Sethu) who cleverly tells the Doctor (Ncuti Gatwa) to call her “the Nurse” after he introduces himself. The Doctor tells Belinda that they are already connected, which is proven by a shot of her as a soldier in another time period. As the pair attempt to get back to Earth, they have exciting adventures – like watching the Interstellar Song Contest – and they face threats like the cartoon character Mr. Ring-a-Ding (voiced by Alan Cumming).

The second Doctor Who trailer starts with the Doctor explaining who he is and where he’s from while meeting Belinda who was taken away from Earth. As they make their journey back to Earth, the pair will travel from 1952 to the 51st century. Along the way, they will watch the Interstellar Song Contest, get lost in time, and get turned into animated characters. The Doctor warns that reality is in danger, we see robots, monsters, giant spiders, and more, as the tagline reveals that “Getting back home will be a blast from the past.” Doctor Who will debut on BBC and Disney+ on Saturday, April 12, 2025.

Andor

The Rebel Alliance is forming, the Empire senses their enemy is growing in strength, and soldiers on both sides ready for war in the official trailer for Andor season two. Cassian Andor (Diego Luna) is now 100% Rebel and ready for his next dangerous mission. The Rebellion has learned that the Empire is building a powerful weapon that must be stopped, and Senator Mon Mothma (Genevieve O’Reilly) tries to get other politicians to see reason. Rogue One stars are returning in the show, including Director Krennic (Ben Mendelsohn) who warns that “resistance is absurd,” and Saw Gerrera (Forest Whitaker) explains that “revolution is not for the sane.” Andor season two premieres on Disney+ on April 22.

Lilo & Stitch

Disney has dropped the first full-length trailer for the live-action/photo-realistic animation hybrid remake of Lilo & Stitch. The trailer shows moments from the original movie that have been recreated, like Stitch’s antics when he was first captured. After Lilo (Maia Kealoha) adopts the destructive little alien, he immediately begins to cause chaos, like wrecking a car and reacting to being called “a dog” with plenty of attitude. Lilo, Stitch, and Nani (Sydney Agudong) learn about Ohana just in time for the little guy to be pursued by Cobra Bubbles (Courtney B. Vance), and Jumba (Zach Galifianakis) and Pleakley (Billy Magnussen). Lilo & Stitch will be released in theaters on May 23, 2025.
