The lighthearted, family-friendly book is equal parts education and entertainment with cute jokes and clever puns presented in a catchy poetic style. The accompanying artwork is cartoony (like showing dogs in anthropomorphic form) but also gives the reader a basis for what the dogs look like.

From Afghan Hound to Zuchon, the book covers breeds that are well known in the US and some lesser known breeds from around the world. It’s a great comic/children’s book for dog lovers of all ages.
