Pop’s Chock’Lit Shoppe is the hot spot in Riverdale for burgers and milkshakes, but things get weird when the diner enters Archie’s Chilling Adventures territory. First Sherry and Nick regret their decision to attempt a dine and ditch, then Kevin Keller learns just how strange the after hours crowd can be, and Betty Cooper stumbles in on a very gross private dinner served by Pop.

Chilling Adventures Presents: Pop’s Chock’lit Shoppe of Horrors #1 is filled with dark twists that’ll turn readers’ stomachs. It’s a great theme issue for the Chilling Adventures line giving Pop the opportunity to teach ungrateful teenagers a few lessons. It’s a good entry in the horror series and will make readers give their local burger flipper a better tip than usual.
