Archer and Armstrong must stop Mammon, the demon of greed, from escaping his crypt and being released into the world. Unfortunately, when they turn to the Sisters of Perpetual Darkness for help, Sister Superior Mary-Maria is possessed by the Last Enemy who wants to kill the duo. Now the boys must try to evade being killed by warrior nuns and complete a difficult ritual to save the world.

Similar to the first issue, this one is filled with content in each panel. The story written by Fred Van Lente is quintessential Archer and Armstrong from the historical facts and strange villains to Archer’s awesome fighting skills and Armstrong’s humor. The art and colors by Emiliano Urdinola and Exequiel Fernandez Roel, respectively, is equally as strong. They bring the action to life with depth, creative angles, and detail for a visually exciting comic.
