Cue the catchy theme song, because DuckTales is back in comic book form. In their latest adventure, Huey, Dewey, and Louie want to know how Uncle Scrooge made his incredible fortune. The wealthiest resident of Duckburg regales the boys with several tales about how he found and maintained some of his treasure.

Dynamite continues their positive streak of good animation-turned-comic-adaptations in the first issue of DuckTales. Brandon Montclare wrote a cute framing story and multiple funny tales from Scrooge’s history. It’s full of energy and charm, aided by Tomasso Ronda’s art harkens back to the beloved cartoon.
