Mojo Jojo takes the lead in this issue as he tries to find a sustainable form of unlimited energy to power his latest weapon. Unfortunately, he is constantly distracted by the day to day noises of Townsville, like the Powerpuff Girls stopping a villain. So, Mojo does what any monkey would do – he jets off for a little piece and quiet where he doesn’t find enough of one and too much of the other.

This is the second issue by new series writer Paulina Ganucheau who is having a strong start on the title. Mojo’s angry outbursts and poor planning make the issue absurdly funny and the Powerpuff Girls’ latest crimefighting tool adds fun and excitement. The art by Silvia De Ventura and Carlo Lauro and colors by Giulia Lafranceschina capture the essence of each character and the spirit of the show. This issue has a particularly cute gag for fans in the mugs used by the girls and Mojo.
