The Grimm Tales of Terror 2024 Holiday Special tells four twisted tales set in New York City. It starts over 300 years ago when an immigrant couple is tormented by their neighbors, then the story picks up after the Great Depression with a sleezy builder cutting all the corners he can. It jumps to the 1980s when a man seeks revenge against his greedy coworkers, and ends in the present with dangerous dependence on technology.

The four stories in Grimm Tales of Terror 2024 Holiday Special are as grim as the title suggests. It’s a good scary story that doesn’t focus on the holiday setting too much. Featuring stories by Dave Franchini and David Wohl, the one-shot puts morally corrupt people in twisted situations where their just rewards are holiday gifts that nobody wants.
