This week marks the 42nd Anniversary of the first episode of The Partridge Family on ABC TV. To commemorate this event Just Kids Nostalgia is offering one serious Partridge Family collection.

Featured are all the rare toys – mostly in the original boxes – including guitars, the Remco bus, record cabinet, dolls, Topps gum cards in uncut sheets, full set of posters with special dealer box, regional TV magazines, foreign records, the elusive cereal box and Hi C wrappers, a David Cassidy premium beach towel, bell bottoms with the original tags and a full set of six costumes worn in the ABC TV movie Come On Get Happy: The Partridge Family Story.

The auction is already live on the Just Kids site and it closes Tuesday, October 9, 2012.

“What about comic books? Well, over 100 CGC-graded Golden, Silver and modern age comic books including Batman #5 and #10, and Fantastic Four #3 and #4. Also a collection of Underground Comix and Classic Illustrated that are not graded,” said Just Kids’ Ken Farrell.

“More collections? How about The Tulsa Collection. Close to 100 cardboard boxing style posters from the world of rock, pop and soul from the 60s & 70s. Posters promoting acts like the Supremes, James Brown, Pete Seeger, The Turtles, Ray Charles, The Carpenters and oh so many more. All were discovered by an Oklahoma promoter and are fresh to the market,” he said.

“A wonderful collection of Disney Studio Christmas cards was saved by a local collector. The run starts off with the 1935 and 1936 Studio Cards and jumps to 1948 with a near full run up till the 1990s,” he said. There will be other vintage Disneyana included as well.

Dick Tracy is a classic square jawed detective by Chester Gould and Just Kids is featuring a small collection based on his premiums, cards and toys. Also up for bid are hundreds of other Just Kids pop culture categories such as the Beatles, movie posters, toys, autographs, sports, and photos.

“And last but not least, over 100 lunch boxes and Thermoses, all cowboys and westerns, high grade boxes include the "LL" Gunsmoke, Have Gun Will Travel, and Wild Wild West, all of the different Roy Rogers and many of the oddball no character western themed boxes,” Farrel said.
