Over 100 books from the Lost Valley Original Owner Pedigree Collection are to be listed in the For Sale section of ComicLink.com on or before Monday, June 14. The Lost Valley collection is an original owner collection discovered in the spring of 2003. It contains a wide array of the some of the most important comics from the Golden Age. Comprised of some 1,500 books, the collection is noted for its outstanding page quality and vibrant cover colors. The pedigree is recognized by CGC. Many of the books are the highest graded, 2nd highest graded or only graded copies.

Remember that the very early books in the Mile High Collection were not original owner copies so the Lost Valleys are in some cases better. The Lost Valley collection spans from the mid 1930s to the 1950s and included not only comics but also unread Big Little Books and other paper ephemera. Included among the comics to be featured on ComicLink are Detective Comics #6, 7 and 12 (all the highest or tied for highest graded copies); All Star #3; Top Notch #1 (the highest graded); Action Comics # 2; Gene Autry #1 (tied for 2nd highest); Comics Magazine #1 (one of the few lower grade books featuring the 1st Superman Prototype in comics); a large number of high-grade Fiction House, New Comics, and many others. Many of the real gems of the collection are still available. Collectors who demand the very best may want to get their piece of the Lost Valley before these beautiful and historic examples are locked away in someone else's collection for years.
