Recently, the Lost Valley pedigree copy of All Star Comics #3 was sold to a West Coast buyer for $14,500 by Mad Cow Comics. This Golden Age key features the first appearance of the Justice Society and had off-white to white pages. "The demand for high grade Golden Age, especially pedigrees, continues to be very strong. I think a lot of people are realizing that many 1930s and 40s books represent a real value, especially when you compare their cost with the skyrocketing prices being paid for Silver Age on the market," commented Jeff Weaver. The Lost Valley Collection is an original owner collection that was discovered in 2003 and is recognized as a pedigree collection by CGC.
